Lorielle has dedicated her life to Chinese medicine, building a career that spans more than 20 years as a clinician, researcher, lecturer, and lifelong student. With natural empathy and a keen curiosity, she’s always exploring new ways to use her knowledge to help others—listening deeply and supporting her clients with both expertise and care.

Before settling in Willunga, Lorielle established and ran her own multidisciplinary clinic in Christchurch, New Zealand. After meeting Lez, she moved to Australia, where together they’ve built both a family and a thriving practice. Her clinical passion is women’s health—supporting women through menstrual challenges, fertility journeys, pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery.

Qualifications & Professional Achievements:

  • Master of Health Science (Acupuncture), UWS
  • Master of Applied Science (Chinese Herbal Medicine), RMIT
  • Undergraduate lecturer in Traditional Chinese Medicine for 10 years (NZ & Australia)
  • Lectured in obstetrics and gynaecology at Endeavour College, Aus
  • Peer-reviewed publications on topics including morning sickness, IVF, menopause, mental and emotional health, and frozen shoulder
  • Health columnist for Fleurieu Living Magazine
  • Developer of the birth education course “Your Birth Blueprint”
  • Fertility training with Jane Lyttelton, Sydney

Treatment Approach:

Lorielle practises several styles of acupuncture, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Tung, and Tan methods, providing tailored treatments to suit each individual. As a classical Chinese herbalist, she also offers personalized herbal medicine to complement her acupuncture practice. Her approach is clear, realistic, and practical. She explains how acupuncture and herbal medicine can help, is honest about their strengths and limitations, and believes strongly in integrating biomedicine and Chinese medicine for the best possible outcomes. At the heart of her work is the belief: your well being, our partnership. Lorielle’s optimism and big-picture thinking mean she’s always ready to try fresh ideas and support you in achieving your health goals, every step of the way.

Lorielle finds joy in the simple things: spending time with family and friends, enjoying quality homemade food, and staying active through biking, walking, hiking, and surfing. She loves being in nature, whether it’s at the beach or in the hills, and also enjoys creative pursuits like drawing and singing. These passions keep her balanced and energised for her work helping others lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
