Our initial consultation is a welcoming introduction to your health journey at Deep Water Medicine. In this focused session, we address your main concern—such as musculoskeletal pain, prebirth preparation, or a recent acute issue. We’ll explore your health history, check your  tongue and pulse diagnosis, and provide a tailored treatment plan. You’ll also have time to ask any questions about acupuncture or Chinese herbal medicine. This consult is ideal for those seeking support with a specific issue and wanting clear, practical guidance to get started.

FOLLOW-UP ACUPUNCTURE Consult

Your follow-up session is focused on supporting your ongoing progress. We will review any changes in your symptoms, and update your treatment plan as needed. Each session is tailored to your current needs, whether that means adjusting acupuncture points, modifying your herbal formula, or offering new lifestyle suggestions.
We continually review and adjust your care to ensure we’re helping you achieve your health goals and the best possible treatment outcomes.

TRANSPERSONAL COUNSELLING with lez

Lez offers specialized transpersonal counselling combining trauma-informed care with attachment-focused healing. Lez creates a safe space to address childhood trauma, develop secure internal foundations, and integrate life-changing experiences. Using a blend of traditional talk therapy with mindfulness, sessions help reduce anxiety, heal past wounds, navigate life transitions, and support personal growth. You’ll find a warm, confidential environment where you can reconnect with your strengths and process challenging experiences.

Initial CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE CONSULT

Chinese herbal medicine is one of the world’s oldest healing systems, using carefully chosen plant and mineral combinations to restore balance naturally. Lorielle assesses your whole health picture—examining your tongue, pulse, sleep, digestion, and energy levels to understand your unique pattern of imbalance. From this assessment, she creates custom herbal formulas tailored specifically to you. These synergistic blends work together—some herbs lead, others harmonize, and some guide healing effects to specific areas of your body. Available as teas, powders, or pills, your formula adjusts as your health improves. This personalized approach ensures your treatment is as unique as you are.

INITIALNEURO-EMOTIONAL TECHNIQUE (NET)

In initial NET appointment includes 15 minutes of instructions and 15 minutes of NET. This is necessary for all patients booking their initial NET session.

Lorielle uses gentle muscle testing and acupuncture points to identify stuck emotional patterns from past events. You’ll create a mental “snapshot” of stressors while Lorielle assesses your body’s responses. Through gentle stimulation of specific body points, we help release these unresolved emotions. This isn’t talk therapy. It works directly with your body’s stress response. Many patients feel lighter and more at ease immediately after their first session.

COMBINED NET & ACUPUNCTURE

Follow-up NET sessions build on your previous progress, identifying and releasing additional emotional patterns that need attention. Lorielle checks how your body has integrated the last session before addressing new areas. Using the same gentle techniques, we continue clearing emotional blocks that affect your wellbeing. These sessions work efficiently with acupuncture as your body can integrate with the process, helping you feel progressively calmer and more balanced.
